Meet Lukas, our founder. Around 6 years ago he started working in the music industry. Now he thinks the industry needs a change - CIVE was born!

Also known under the artist name “JUNAR”, I work at CIVE as A&R, Product Manager and Creative Director. I take care of the artworks, video content and I’m also involved in mix & masterings for our releases.

With a proven track record collaborating across a diverse range of artists – from independent talent to established names at labels like Mixmash, Armada, and Soave Records – I specialize in amplifying unique artistic voices. My approach centers on crafting bespoke, tailor-made strategies that elevate artists by genuinely emphasizing their distinctive creative characteristics and driving their careers forward.
